La Lampara Italian Restaurant is located in Midlands on a lovely farm owned by the Canderle family. The cuisine here is traditional Italian serving delicious pizza’s in the wood burning pizza oven, to perfectly sauced pastas and an amazing selection of meat and fish dishes.

The Chefs Warehouse and Canteen, Bree Street, Cape Town – This is most probably one of the best tapas experiences you will ever have, certainly mine. The concept when we visited was a tapas tray for 2 that had 7 different dishes that come as a surprise menu.

Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at Corinthia Hotel London – I had a super time here, enjoyed the bar vibe, visited on a Friday evening met some friends for after work drinks. The bar was pretty busy, but the service was good, after a few drinks decided to stay for dinner, and the service was very sharp and super attentive. It seemed every time we needed something there was always a manager or server right there.
