Cosmos are undoubtedly timeless classics – ask anybody who’s watched Sex and the City and they will testify! We’ve decided to add a sexy twist to this cheeky number by adding clementine and chilli for a kick. You can have it on a night out, drink it at a celebration either way it is a fun option – Dare to try it!

Ingredients:

Fresh Squeezed Clementine Juice – ¹/₂  cup

Grey Goose Vodka – 4 ounces

Triple Sec – 2 ounces

Lime, Juiced – ¹/₂

Diced Red Chilli – 1 tsp

Clementine, For Garnish – 4 slices

Fresh Red Chilli For Garnish

Method:

1. Chill 4 martini glasses by filling each with ice and cold water.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
3. Empty the martini glasses of ice water and strain the mixture between the 4 glasses.
4. Float a slice of clementine in each glass, sprig of chilli and serve immediately.
