Prawns in Chilli, Garlic & Herbs


Large Prawns (Peeled & Cleaned) – 8

Chopped Red Chilli – 25 grams

Sliced Garlic – 25 grams

Chopped Herbs (Coriander, Flat-Leaf Parsley, Chives) – 25 grams

Olive Oil

Sea Salt

White Pepper

10gr Unsalted Butter – 10 grams

White Wine – ½ cup

Red Onion (Finely Chopped) – 10 grams



  1. Using a large nonstick pan, heat on high, add the olive oil, chilli, garlic, red onion, cook until slightly golden brown.
  2. Add the white wine and butter and cook gently for 1 – 2 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns and simmer gently until prawns turn red in colour.
  4. Finish with chopped herbs, check seasoning by tasting and serve.
